6. Cancellation & Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taaluf shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform

• Actions or behavior of other users on the Platform
• Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services during the twelve months preceding the incident.
